The Cadillac CTS was a mid-size luxury sedan produced by General Motors from 2003 to 2019. The first generation CTS was introduced in 2003, and it had a 3.2-liter V6 engine. The second-generation CTS offered a refined and upscale design, a larger size, improved interior quality, and advanced technology. It also featured various engines, including a 3.0-liter V6, a 3.6-liter V6, and the high-performance CTS-V with a supercharged 6.2-liter V8. The third-generation CTS adopted a more elegant and aerodynamic design with advanced technology and luxurious amenities.

The CTS competed against vehicles like the BMW 5 Series, Mercedes-Benz E-Class, Audi A6, and Lexus GS, offering a unique blend of American luxury and performance. Despite being phased out in 2019, the CTS, which is renowned for its aggressive styling and high-performance models, continues to hold a special place in Cadillac's history. The CTS was replaced with the Cadillac CT5.
